Polo in the City takes place in prime urban parks across two cities, Dorrington Park in Brisbane and Centennial Park in Sydney. These locations offer the perfect blend of natural beauty and urban convenience, providing an idyllic setting for this dynamic event.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

How long does the experience last?
Polo in the City is a full-day event, lasting approximately 7 hours. This gives you plenty of time to soak in the atmosphere, enjoy the matches, and explore the various luxury offerings on display.

Each Polo in the City event is a one-day production, and part of a consecutive National Polo League Championships. For the most current information on availability, please refer to the experience page.

At this time, Polo in the City does not offer specific low sensory or relaxed sessions. However, the open-air environment and spacious setting may naturally provide a more relaxed atmosphere for some attendees. Where can I get tickets?
Tickets for Polo in the City can be purchased through the event’s official website or app. It's recommended to buy tickets early to secure your spot at this exciting event.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
While a limited number of tickets may be available at the door, it's highly recommended to purchase them in advance as this event often sells out. Booking early ensures you don’t miss out on this exciting experience.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you do not need to print your ticket. Your digital ticket, accessible through the event’s app or on your mobile device, will be scanned upon entry for a seamless, contactless experience.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, group bookings are welcome. If you're planning to attend with a large group, please send an email to info@urbanpolo.org to arrange your booking.
Do you offer media passes?
Media passes are available for accredited members of the press. To apply, please contact the event's marketing team with your credentials and a brief overview of your intended coverage.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
While it's best to arrive on time to fully enjoy the event, a grace period may be offered for late arrivals. However, to get the most out of Polo in the City, plan to arrive at the scheduled start time.

Is there a Lost & Found?

Is a coat check available?

Is there an age requirement?
Polo in the City is a licensed event, therefore limited to 18+, however, in some circumstances, children will be allowed if under adult supervision. Please send an email to info@urbanpolo.org if you plan to bring children.
Will there be an audio guide?
No audio guide is provided, but the event’s atmosphere and activities are designed to be intuitive and engaging without the need for additional guidance. Staff and signage will be available to assist you.
