The experience is outdoors with shaded areas provided.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 7 h at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. We are happy to inform you that we will cater for vegan and gluten-free options!
Is there parking available?
Parking availability may vary by location, and it's recommended to pre-book parking where possible. Public transportation is also encouraged due to the urban settings of the events, and specific parking information will be provided closer to the event date for each location.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend "Garden Party Chic" attire for our event. Ladies should opt for elegant daytime dresses or stylish jumpsuits with wedges or block heels, while gentlemen will look sharp in chinos or tailored trousers, a collared shirt, and an optional blazer.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be interaction with the players?
Yes! We encourage you to interact with the players to fully immerse yourself in the experience!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
While a limited number of tickets may be available at the door, it's highly recommended to purchase them in advance as this event often sells out. Booking early ensures you don't miss out on this exciting experience.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you do not need to print your ticket. Your digital ticket, accessible through the event's app or on your mobile device, will be scanned upon entry for a seamless, contactless experience.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group (20+), please reach info@urbanpolo.org with your preferred attendance date/venue and the size of your group.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 60 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Polo in the City, but service dogs are welcome. Please ensure your service dog is properly identified and notify staff upon arrival if you require any assistance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Polo in the City venues are wheelchair accessible, and the event is designed to be enjoyed by all. If you have specific accessibility needs, please send an email to info@urbanpolo.org
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, guests who require assistance may be eligible for a free carer ticket. Please send an email to info@urbanpolo.org with proof of need, and they will assist you in obtaining the necessary tickets.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, Polo in the City does not use strobe lighting, ensuring a comfortable experience for all attendees.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the event?
Seating areas are available at the event, allowing you to take a break during the day.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the event?
Absolutely! Feel free to capture your experience at Polo in the City. Share your photos and videos on social media, but please be mindful of other guests and the safety of the players and horses.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@urbanpolo.org.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No alcohol allowed to be brought on site as this violates liquor license restrictions.
Is there an age requirement?
Polo in the City is a licensed event, therefore limited to 18+, however, in some circumstances, children will be allowed if under adult supervision. Please send an email to info@urbanpolo.org if you plan to bring children.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
